The Senior Manager, Marketing Operations, is a crucial role within the commercial team and will be responsible for leading, managing, measuring, and driving continuous improvement of National POAs, print and fulfillment operations, budget management, and centralization of resources and for the Rare Tumor Commercial Team. This individual will support three separate brands teams making up two therapeutic areas to support the commercial success of the business unit. This role will involve a high level of cross-functional collaboration, strategic thinking and creative problem solving, and project management skills. It requires the selected individual to become a champion for evolving processes and operations to be more efficient and effective for internal and external stakeholders. Cross-functional partnership will include but is not limited to marketing, sales, market access, compliance, medical, legal, regulatory, and professional organizations. This position reports to the Lead, U.S. Rare Tumors Marketing Operations and will work in close partnership with the broader U.S. Rare Tumors Commercial Team. Location Classification – Hybrid: This role will be required to work onsite 2 days a week (Tuesday and Wednesday) or more depending on business needs. #LI-Hybrid
