As a Starbucks senior marketing manager on the the Licensed Coffeehouses seasonal marketing team, you will lead the development and execution of customer‑centric, integrated marketing plans and in‑store campaigns for nearly 7,000 Starbucks Licensed Coffeehouses. This role is responsible for driving key seasonal initiatives in partnership with cross‑functional teams, while strategically influencing corporate communications and coffeehouse enablement to ensure compelling storytelling and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will evaluate creative work against strategic objectives, manage promotional strategies and timelines with exceptional attention to detail, and synthesize insights to shape clear narratives for cross‑functional partners and licensees. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator and a highly skilled planner, consistently ensuring flawless execution. A minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience leading marketing programs or campaigns is required, with proven project management expertise in promotional marketing, product management, or brand management.
