About The Position

In this role, you will architect the future of marketing technology by optimizing interconnected ecosystems such as Marketo, Salesforce, and 6sense. Your expertise will drive operational excellence and support data-driven decisions that ensure marketing initiatives directly contribute to revenue growth. As a key player, you'll build data pipelines, develop attribution models, and design automated workflows, significantly impacting the marketing engine's efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of marketing operations experience within enterprise SaaS environments.
  • 5+ years developing and executing ABX strategies with sales alignment.
  • Expert-level Marketo administration and advanced Salesforce proficiency.
  • Deep experience with 6sense or similar platforms for intent data.
  • Strong SQL and Python/R programming skills for data analysis.
  • Knowledge of multi-touch attribution and ETL/ELT tools.
  • Experience with iPaaS platforms like Workato.
  • Strong analytical and strategic mindset for complex challenges.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and optimize the marketing technology ecosystem for revenue growth.
  • Develop seamless integrations between marketing platforms like Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Create data architectures that facilitate measurement and automation.
  • Design scalable data models and automated workflows for advanced marketing strategies.
  • Implement attribution models connecting marketing investments to pipeline outcomes.
  • Enhance ABX strategies through improved data integration and insights.
  • Conduct analyses on funnel performance and build predictive lead scoring models.
  • Establish data governance frameworks to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Lead technology evaluation, manage vendor relationships, and create documentation for self-service analytics.
  • Train teams on best practices in marketing technology.
