As the Senior Manager, Market Research, you will be responsible for leading a group of qualitative and quantitative market researchers who influence company strategy and marketing decision-making by deeply understanding Etsy’s buyer and seller audiences, our brand position relative to competitors, and the evolving macro landscape. This is a full-time position reporting to the Director, Market & Quantitative Research. This role requires your presence in Etsy’s Brooklyn Office once or twice per week depending on your proximity to the office. What’s this team like at Etsy? We’re a mixed-methods team, applying a deep bench of quantitative and qualitative methods. We conduct ad hoc research with general population audiences and Etsy customers in countries around the world.
