Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and supplier performance in alignment with the LUXignite strategy and derived goals and objectives. Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure the availability of high-quality goods and services. Oversee the development and execution of contracts with suppliers, including negotiating prices and terms and conditions. Develop and manage the procurement budget to ensure cost savings targets are met. Provide leadership and guidance to a cross-functional indirect procurement team, ensuring they are meeting performance targets and delivering on their objectives. Monitor market trends and technological advancements to identify new procurement opportunities and improve the procurement process. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, such as finance, operations, and legal departments, to align procurement strategies with organizational goals. Communicate procurement initiatives, results, and challenges to senior management and other relevant stakeholders. Work in close collaboration with the Global Category Procurement Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree - MBA Preferred
- 5 - 8 years of experience in a similar role
- Extensive experience across key Indirect Categories
- Highly motivated
- Efficient in collaborating with diverse teams
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills with the proven ability to communicate at all levels including senior and executive management, and global and regional key stakeholders
