About The Position

The Senior Manager of Manufacturing Engineering will be responsible for leading process improvements that deliver world class quality & efficiency, producing Engines, Gensets and Power Modules

Requirements

  • Technical/Engineering Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Operational Functions: Extensive knowledge of major functional processes and associated operating requirements; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.
  • Organizational Leadership: Knowledge of leadership concepts and ability to use strategies and skills to enlist others in setting, embracing and achieving objectives.

  • Project Management: Extensive knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the planning, documentation, implementation, support and maintenance of manufacturing processes, procedures, machinery and tooling to improve efficiency, cost effectiveness, quality and safety.
  • Researching process performance data to identify and implement process changes that improve yield, runtime, quality, safety and cost-effectiveness.
  • Managing the activities and resources for manufacturing engineers, process design and support personnel.
  • Providing on-going support for manufacturing problems and deficiencies; troubleshoots technically challenging production problems.
