As the Senior Manager of Learning Design, you’ll lead a team responsible for creation, execution, and continuous improvement of enterprise learning experiences that support key business priorities across Best Buy. This role directly manages a team of learning design managers and indirectly oversees designers responsible for delivering high quality, innovative learning content across multiple formats. As the strategic thought partner for the Design Center of Excellence, you will ensure the delivery of learning content is aligned to enterprise goals, grounded in evidence based instructional practices, and delivered with measurable impact. This role is remote eligible, which means you would work virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. What you’ll do Serve as an advisor to Learning Partner stakeholders, ensuring business priorities are being met by high-quality, timely learning experiences. Establish a clear vision for learning design, setting standards for quality, innovation, and learner first approaches across the team. Lead, coach, and develop the Design team, creating an environment that fosters creativity, collaboration, and continuous skill development. Ensure the team stays current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and evidence-based learning practices for innovation across the function. Create and manage processes and operating rhythms that support transparency, prioritization, timely execution, and stakeholder alignment. Maintain strong cross functional partnerships to ensure learning deliverables exceed business expectations and are delivered on time, at scale, and high-quality. Ensure solutions are built with measurement in mind, enabling data driven decisions and clear reporting on learning effectiveness.
