Sodexo is seeking a Senior Manager, Labor Optimization that will partner with HR, Payroll, PTO/Benefits, Operations, and IT to ensure workforce management processes align with business strategy, labor policies, and regulatory requirements. This role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating operational and policy needs into scalable, compliant solutions within UKG Pro Workforce Management and connected HR systems. Our corporate division oversees the administrative, finance, human resources, information technology, legal, marketing, recruiting, sales, and supply functions at Sodexo. Holding a corporate role places you at the core of all Sodexo's operations. This is a remote role with the successful candidate residing anywhere in the United States. Minimal travel is required for this role.
