About The Position

The Senior IT Manager will be responsible for leading the IT Change Management initiatives. This role is critical in ensuring the effective management of technology changes with minimal disruption to business operations. This position will have a deep understanding of ITIL based change management processes, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record of driving IT and organizational transformation. This position requires little or no supervision as they build, maintain the system and exercise independent judgement and discretion in carrying out day-to-day support related activities. This position performs complex design and analysis tasks related to the hospital business operations. This position also requires strong customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for the end-users.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of IT experience, with at least 2–3 years in IT change or service management roles.
  • ITIL v3 or v4 certification required
  • Experience in a large-scale enterprise or highly regulated environment preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Deep knowledge of ITIL and enterprise IT service management frameworks (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • PROSCI or equivalent change management certification a plus.
  • Project Management Certification (PMP)
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud services and infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • ServiceNow Certified is a plus.
