About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Technology Leader (Sr. Manager), part of the Digital & IT organization, will lead the strategy, delivery, and support of enterprise applications that power the recruiting and onboarding experience. This role will drive innovation across platforms like Workday HCM, Fountain ATS, Power Apps, and other integrated technologies, ensuring seamless candidate journeys and operational excellence. With strong product management skills, deep knowledge of SDLC and ITIL, and a passion for emerging tech, this leader will partner closely with Talent Acquisition and HR stakeholders to deliver impactful, user-centric solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in IT applications, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proficiency with Talent Acquisition platforms (e.g., Workday HCM, Workday Extend, Fountain ATS) and SaaS solutions.
  • Strong grasp of SDLC, ITIL, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Understanding of REST APIs, integration platforms, and data flow across enterprise systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and ability influence and collaborate across departments.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Experience supporting HR or Talent Acquisition technologies preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of application analysts and developers supporting talent acquisition technologies.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management to team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture focused on continuous improvement.
  • Serve as product manager for all talent acquisition applications and integrations.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, and deliver solutions.
  • Provide white-glove support to executive stakeholders and hiring center teams.
  • Oversee the lifecycle of applications including Fountain ATS, Workday HCM, Workday Extend, Power Apps, and related APIs/integrations.
  • Ensure alignment with SDLC and ITIL best practices for application development, deployment, and support.
  • Research and recommend emerging technologies to improve recruiting and onboarding processes.
  • Manage application-related projects from initiation through delivery, including planning, execution, testing, and rollout.
  • Collaborate with PMO and other IT teams to ensure alignment with enterprise priorities.
  • Maintain documentation, training materials, and governance artifacts.
