What You’ll Do for Us Partner closely with marketing, innovation, and commercial teams to provide end‑to‑end financial leadership across brand, innovation, and strategic investment initiatives. Develop comprehensive innovation value chain assessments, including financial modeling, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis to inform decision‑making. Lead return‑on‑investment evaluations for capital and strategic investments, translating financial outcomes into clear, actionable recommendations grounded in both financial returns and strategic fit. Conduct post‑investment performance assessments to evaluate results versus expectations, identify learnings, and strengthen future investment discipline. Provide cost analysis and financial support for ad hoc investment evaluations, including emerging business opportunities, new capabilities, and sustainability‑related initiatives. Support brand and innovation leadership through preparation of routine and ad hoc financial content, insights, and narratives for key meetings and stakeholder communications. Deliver brand and innovation investment reporting, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and alignment with operating unit priorities and governance processes. Support marketing financial planning and resource allocation activities, including performance management, tracking, and analysis of key initiatives. Contribute to the design and scaling of end‑to‑end finance processes that improve consistency, speed, and quality of investment decision support. Collaborate across the finance organization to leverage subject matter expertise and share best practices that elevate overall team capability and impact. Influence internal stakeholders toward data‑informed, results‑oriented actions through strong business partnering and storytelling. Champion the adoption of modern digital tools, advanced analytics, and emerging financial methodologies that improve agility, insight generation, and innovation cycle speed. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and inclusion within the broader marketing finance community.
