About The Position

As a Senior Manager, Investigations Diligence and Compliance - Specialist in Financial Crime Advisory, you will lead strategic initiatives to help clients prevent, detect, and mitigate financial crime risks. This role combines regulatory expertise, risk management, and technology-driven solutions to deliver high-impact advisory services. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Advisory & Strategy Design and implement financial crime prevention frameworks. Advise clients on AML, KYC, sanctions, transaction monitoring and regulatory compliance. Translate regulatory changes into actionable business processes. Risk Assessment & Compliance Conduct gap analyses and recommend enhancements to compliance programs. Oversee risk assessments, audits, and remediation plans. Ensure alignment with global and local regulatory standards. Project & Team Leadership Manage complex advisory projects and deliver high-quality outcomes. Lead and mentor teams, fostering professional growth and collaboration. Coordinate with regulators, auditors, and senior stakeholders. Innovation & Technology Utilize data analytics and emerging technologies to strengthen compliance. Identify automation opportunities for monitoring and reporting. Stakeholder Engagement Build trusted client relationships and act as a primary point of contact. Prepare and present reports to senior management and regulatory bodies.

Requirements

  • 6-10 years of experience in financial crime compliance or advisory.
  • Strong knowledge of AML, CTF, sanctions, and fraud regulations.
  • Proven leadership and project management experience.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving.
  • Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Adaptability to emerging technologies and regulatory changes.

Nice To Haves

  • Certifications such as CAMS, CFE, or equivalent preferred.
