About The Position

The corporate accounting organization at CoreWeave serves as the financial operating system for a rapidly scaling AI cloud business. It owns US GAAP and statutory reporting processes across a rapidly expanding footprint of legal entities around the world. The team manages a variety of core accounting processes and controls globally and partners with Revenue Ops, FP&A, Legal, and Tax to close the books accurately and timely. The group translates high-volume operational data into clean auditable results that enable fast, confident decisions. The group collaborates with stakeholders to quickly find solutions to challenging problems to enable hyper growth. About the role: Collaborate with finance and business teams to drive growth by supporting international expansion projects. Collaborate with Tax and Legal to establish effective and scalable financial reporting processes for international entities. Operationalize scalable statutory financial reporting processes. Collaborate with accounting team peers to onboard new entities and requirements into global accounting processes. Manage external service providers assisting with local regulatory reporting processes. Assess local financial reporting requirements and build scalable global reporting processes to bridge between US GAAP ledgers and local requirements. Partner with Tax and Legal to structure and operationalize complex transactions between entities. Collaborate with Treasury and Tax to execute and oversee global intercompany settlement and cash management processes. Manage intercompany transactions and develop policy and process to support global scaling. Collaborate with the tax team to build and maintain transfer pricing models and economic analyses to support pricing decisions and compliance Identify and drive process improvements and automation opportunities in transfer pricing workflows and documentation Provide oversight for annual statutory audits as well as support tax compliance framework development and implementation across international jurisdictions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years’ accounting and financial reporting experience
  • Strong, hands-on familiarity with transfer pricing guidelines/initiatives
  • Possess deep knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and local statutory frameworks (e.g., FRS 102), with strong understanding of statutory reporting requirements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (or equivalent) required
  • Professional qualification (e.g., ACA/CPA/CMA/CA) required
  • Public accounting experience leading audits preferred.
  • Experience supporting multiple subsidiaries of a US listed group, producing local GAAP financials.
  • NetSuite experience preferred.
  • Process- and data-driven with strong analytical judgment; proactive, organized, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication; growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning.
