This role helps shape initiatives that strengthen leadership capabilities, expand global perspective, and prepare senior leaders to navigate an increasingly complex and evolving business environment. Working closely with senior HR leaders, business integrated stakeholders, and external academic institutions, the Senior Manager helps translate enterprise leadership priorities into high-impact development experiences. This includes supporting the development of executive learning programs, preparing strategic materials for leadership forums, and coordinating partnerships with leading executive education institutions. Through these efforts, the role contributes to building a strong and future-ready leadership pipeline aligned with the organization’s strategic priorities.
