About The Position

The Senior Manager Integration Controller position functions primarily as a business partner to the Division Integration team but is also required to be hands-on and highly interactive with the Integration Management Office (“IMO”). This hybrid position will be based in Milwaukee. The position reports directly to the Division Senior Director, Finance and provides dotted line support to the Division Integration Leader and IMO. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Act as a key business partner to the Division Integration leader performing ad-hoc tasks to satisfy requests and inform Division and IMO leadership of financial implications of business decisions Ensure quality and timeliness of monthly Integration financial reporting packages Direct monthly Division Integration forecasting process of synergies, capacity improvements, productivity loss, restructuring expense, investment, cashflow, and CapEx for Division SCOFR projects Financial leader and financial liaison regarding Division Integration financial matters with the plant controllers, project leaders, and IMO Assist Division Integration Strategic Plan and Budgeting process including coordination with Operations and Integration to ensure adherence to company deadlines Assist in Consolidation tool (OneStream) implementation through planning module UAT testing, Consolidation module UAT testing, and data validation Assist in completing appropriate KPI dashboards for 80s sites and managing plant controller compliance of daily reporting of key metrics Manage and improve internal controls procedures and compliance with GAAP/SOX for Integration and restructuring activities Partner with other functions and serve as financial support for Division Integration activities Critical Competencies Strong working knowledge of ERP systems Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills Strong communication and persuasion skills Accurate, Detailed and Results oriented Strong Accountability Hands-on and bias for action High sense of urgency Change agent Intellectual ability to embrace and learn from the challenges associated with working in a multi-cultural, geographically dispersed organization. Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • At least 7 years of accounting/finance experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong working knowledge of ERP systems
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

Nice To Haves

  • MBA and/or CPA a plus
  • Previous Controller experience in a manufacturing environment a plus
  • Previous FP&A experience in a manufacturing environment a plus
  • Previous public accounting and internal audit experience a plus
