About The Position

As a Senior Integrated Supply Chain Project Management Manager at Honeywell, you will be a pivotal leader in steering the success of business initiatives. This role involves leading end-to-end projects, meticulously overseeing planning, execution, and monitoring phases to ensure seamless project delivery. The teams you lead manage the relocation of production facilities and products, requiring extensive collaboration with cross-functional teams to analyze options, optimize opportunities, and facilitate informed decision-making. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Reporting directly to the Sr. Director, this position is based out of the Sky Harbor Headquarters location on a Hybrid work schedule. Your leadership will be transformative, shaping the trajectory of the Aero landscape. This role also involves developing and supporting employees, recruiting talent, identifying and developing successors, driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture.
