About The Position

Betches Media is looking for a Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing to help shape how brands connect with Gen Z and millennial women. You’ll live at the intersection of comedy and conversion, leveraging Betches’ signature tone to deliver high ROI for partners. In this role, you’ll be a key driver of our presale process, leading the development of culturally-fluent, insights-backed pitches that help brands show up meaningfully across Betches’ social, digital, vodcast, and experiential platforms. You’ll own the creation of custom pitch materials end-to-end: from ideation and strategic framing to creative concepting and deck-building. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Branded Content, Talent, Sales Planning, Editorial, Account Management and more, you’ll help engineer cross-platform brand partnerships that feel unmistakably Betches, while also satisfying client KPIs. This is a role for a creative, big-picture thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves turning insights into storytelling, and knows how to balance culture, creativity, and commercial impact. This role reports to the Head of Integrated Marketing, VP, Creative Solutions.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in integrated marketing, presale strategy, or brand partnerships at a digital publisher, media company, or similar environment
  • Proven experience leading the presale process and building custom, paid digital and event proposals from the ground up
  • A creative, collaborative mindset with strong instincts for storytelling, strategy, and cultural relevance
  • Exceptional design sensibility and deck-building skills, with the ability to translate big ideas into clear, compelling narratives
  • Fluency in the digital media landscape including KPIs, impressions, CTR, CPMs, eCPMs, engagement metrics, and online measurement (uniques, pageviews, visits, etc.)
  • Comfort translating client objectives into actionable, audience-first campaign strategies
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Canva, Asana, and PowerPoint (Adobe Suite a plus)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting in both formal pitches and one-on-one client conversations
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and ability to thrive in a fast-moving, startup-style environment
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity, managing multiple stakeholders, and keeping momentum across parallel projects
  • Natural leadership instincts—able to own meetings, guide conversations, and move ideas forward collaboratively
  • Deep enthusiasm for Betches Media and LBG brands, content, and community
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university

Responsibilities

  • Lead innovative, insights-driven proposals rooted in Betches tentpoles & IP that are amplified across social, digital, vodcast, and experiential activations.
  • Conceptualize and package bold campaign ideas into visually compelling, strategically sound presentations that inspire clients and partners.
  • Reimagine Betches IP into scalable, custom, multi-platform campaigns that elevate our signature franchises and formats.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to respond to RFPs, develop proposals, and co-pitch in meetings to effectively deliver Betches Media and LBG best-in-class sponsorship opportunities.
  • Work hand-in-hand with Branded Content to develop custom programs and series that fuse Betches’ unique POV with cultural trends to drive new and repeat business.
  • Spearhead storytelling, ensuring every proposal is clear, cohesive, visually dynamic, and aligned with Betches Media and LBG brand voices.
  • Own pricing and packaging conversations, including margin management and COGs, to ensure ideas are as strategic and scalable as they are creative.
  • Manage a high volume of inbound and proactive RFPs with a self-starter attitude, translating large budgets and complex asks with creative clarity.
  • Oversee cross-functional workflows to ensure seamless execution and clean handoffs to post-sale and account management teams.
  • Continuously innovate on how we show up in the market, bringing fresh thinking to our digital, social, and experiential initiatives.
