Betches Media is looking for a Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing to help shape how brands connect with Gen Z and millennial women. You’ll live at the intersection of comedy and conversion, leveraging Betches’ signature tone to deliver high ROI for partners. In this role, you’ll be a key driver of our presale process, leading the development of culturally-fluent, insights-backed pitches that help brands show up meaningfully across Betches’ social, digital, vodcast, and experiential platforms. You’ll own the creation of custom pitch materials end-to-end: from ideation and strategic framing to creative concepting and deck-building. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Branded Content, Talent, Sales Planning, Editorial, Account Management and more, you’ll help engineer cross-platform brand partnerships that feel unmistakably Betches, while also satisfying client KPIs. This is a role for a creative, big-picture thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves turning insights into storytelling, and knows how to balance culture, creativity, and commercial impact. This role reports to the Head of Integrated Marketing, VP, Creative Solutions.
