About The Position

POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing leads the development and execution of comprehensive 360-degree marketing campaigns to drive growth, retention and cross-sell opportunities. The incumbent oversees campaign creation across both digital and traditional channels, including paid and owned media. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this position collaborates with key stakeholders to understand business objectives, then partners with agency partners, Digital Marketing, Brand, and other cross-functional teams to design and implement effective campaigns within approved budgets and timelines. The Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing is accountable for campaign strategy, program performance, analytics, content development and delivery of actionable insights that drive continuous optimization and business results.

Requirements

  • Ability to translate business objectives into marketing strategies.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience setting KPIs and measuring campaign performance.
  • Excellent program management abilities with experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Superior communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Minimum of 7 - 10 years experience in marketing or relevant work experience.
  • People and agency management experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns across growth, retention, and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Lead, mentor and develop high-performing teams. Translate business objectives into comprehensive campaign strategies that leverage the optimal mix of digital and traditional marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, priorities and objectives to ensure campaigns align with overall company goals. Develop campaign briefs, creative concepts and execution plans that deliver against strategic objectives while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment of campaign objectives and execution.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution across multiple channels, ensuring seamless integration and consistent messaging. Manage the development of campaign-specific content across various formats and channels.
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively, maximizing ROI. Implement data-based campaign management processes that allow for optimization based on performance data.
  • Coordinate with agency partners, Digital Marketing, Brand and additional cross-functional teams to set up media across channels and create supporting materials.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create compelling, customer-centric content that drives engagement. Review and provide feedback on content to ensure quality and message consistency.
  • Establish clear KPIs and success metrics for all marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives. Build tracking and measurement frameworks to evaluate campaign and performance and analyze campaign results to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Coaches and develops a team of professionals to assist in their development and attainment of necessary skills to lift performance. Monitors staff performance and drives performance improvement initiatives and ensures that service levels meet or exceed agreed upon standards.
