About the Role: The Integrated Marketing Manager for the Light Commercial business leads the development and execution of multi‑channel marketing programs that drive growth, elevate brand presence, and support strategic product and channel initiatives. This role works across Product Marketing, Training, Channel/Vertical Marketing, Sales, Communications, and Creative teams to deliver cohesive, high‑impact marketing assets that strengthen our position in the Light Commercial HVAC market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5 +years of combined work experience in integrated marketing, product marketing, and/or brand marketing
  • 1+ years of experience translating technical information into clear, compelling value propositions consumable by a variety of audiences

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, highly preferred
  • Experience in integrated marketing, product marketing, and/or brand marketing (B2B or technical industry experience preferred).
  • Strong project‑management and organizational skills with the ability to lead programs end‑to-end.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience in digital marketing (SEO/SEM, social, email), content development, and marketing analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate in the development of and lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns supporting product launches, vertical strategies (retail, K–12, healthcare), and contractor‑focused programs.
  • Ensure message consistency across digital, social, email, events, PR, web, and sales enablement channels.
  • Partner with Channel and Distributor Marketing to support programs, incentives, webinars, and event activation.
  • Work cross‑functionally with Literature, Training, and Product teams to support the marketing tollgate process and deliver high‑quality sales and training materials.
  • Work closely with Carrier University in the coordination of and SME review of LCML training content.
  • Drive the development of marketing assets, content, and collateral that translate complex product information into compelling customer‑focused messaging.
  • Support the execution of Light Commercial events, trade shows, training sessions, and webinars in coordination with internal and external partners.
