We are searching for the best talent for a Transcend: Senior Manager, IM Global Learning! This hybrid position will be located in Titusville, New Jersey (USA); alternative locations may be considered at other Innovative Medicine Supply Chain (IMSC) sites such as Beerse, Belgium; Zug, Switzerland; Cork, Ireland; or Latina, Italy. Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one “clean” ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains. This program will simplify the Pharmaceutical ERP landscape from 7 to 1, standardizing processes to have a cost-effective, fit-for-purpose digital backbone that will enable us to support the Pharmaceutical business with agility. Additionally, the program will remediate the end-of-life system exposure that we risk towards the end of this decade. The Senior Manager is responsible for leading global learning for the IM Transcend program, developing and executing the training strategy, content, and delivery across digital platforms, instructor-led workshops, and program release cycles while ensuring compliance to GxP standards. This role manages the learning function to design, implement, and maintain high-quality, GxP-compliant training programs that enable IM Transcend objectives. The Senior Manager will lead a team responsible for curriculum/content design, LMS administration, project delivery, and learning metrics/analytics, ensuring training is provided throughout all phases of releases. They will stay current with learning research, tools, and methods, and partner closely with workstream and site leaders, and adjacent program teams (e.g., SignFi Transact) to deliver a cohesive, end-to-end training plan that meets the full continuum of learner needs. This role will lead a sub stream work activity to design and implement a comprehensive learning program that aligns with the Transcend program objectives.
