The Senior Manager II, Supply Chain Management – Automation is a technology-forward leadership role responsible for driving the strategic execution and continuous improvement of automated supply chain operations across the network. Managing end-to-end supply chain processes to ensure efficient merchandise flow through distribution and fulfillment networks. Monitoring shipping, receiving, inventory, and return-related exceptions; conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 4 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.
  • 2 years’ experience with advanced functionality of Microsoft Office.
  • Must be willing to travel 90% of the time.
  • You have strong leadership and influencing skills with experience guiding large teams.
  • You have excellent facilitation and cross-functional training capabilities.
  • You have proven project management expertise with the ability to manage large-scale automation initiatives.
  • You are highly analytical; able to evaluate data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
  • You are an effective communicator who can present complex information to senior leaders and external stakeholders.
  • You have a technology-driven mindset with a passion for advancing automation in supply chain operations.
