We are seeking a highly competent and proactive individualto lead strategic internal communication and change management effortsacross our organization. This role is crucial for ensuring the successfuladoption of key IT projects, policies, and initiatives by fostering a positiveenvironment for change. The ideal candidate will possess a strong user-centric mindset and the ability to translate complex strategic objectives intoclear, actionable communications and support mechanisms for allstakeholders.Key Responsibilities Develop & Execute Strategic Communications:o Craft and disseminate impactful and tailoredcommunications for diverse audiences, including seniorleadership, project teams, and end-users.o Produce a wide range of communication materials, such asproject updates, sponsor and leadership communications,and multimedia content including videos.o Develop and manage communication templates to ensureconsistency and efficiency. Drive User Adoption & Support:o Implement strategies to maximize end-user understanding,acceptance, and proficiency with new systems andprocesses.o Facilitate interactive user support sessions and providedirect assistance in support spaces.o Develop and maintain accessible learning resources, suchas dedicated learning sites and FAQ pages. Strategic Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:o Work collaboratively as part of cross-functional teams toensure alignment and effective execution of changeinitiatives.o Provide direct support to senior leadership by developingstrategic slideware.
