About The Position

Role summary: The Senior Manager I, Facilities Maintenance for Health and Wellness Non-Store Operations leads the strategic oversight and execution of facility maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and operational excellence. This role drives continuous improvement, manages vendor relationships, and oversees budgeting and project management to maintain safe, efficient environments. By fostering cross-functional collaboration and leveraging data-driven insights, the position supports organizational goals while promoting effective communication and team development within the facilities management function. About the team: The Facilities Maintenance team ensures the reliable operation and upkeep of Central Fill Automation Equipment, supporting seamless business functions. This team manages maintenance schedules, coordinates repairs, and oversees vendor partnerships to optimize facility performance. Focused on continuous improvement, predictive maintenance, and regulatory compliance, the team drives cost efficiency through effective budget and resource management. Collaboration with key stakeholders and data-driven decision-making are central to their approach, maintaining high standards of facility repair and maintenance while minimizing disruptions and supporting overall business objectives.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in facility management, including maintenance, repair, and vendor oversight.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, projects, and key performance indicators effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, occupational safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Expertise in predictive maintenance and continuous improvement processes.
  • Skilled in supervising teams, coaching, and fostering accountability.
  • Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and electrical systems.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders and resolve issues.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and drive operational excellence.
  • Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Business, Management, or related field and 4 years' experience in facilities management, construction management, engineering, or related field.
  • Option 2: 6 years' experience in facilities management, construction management, engineering, or related field.
  • Additional certifications may be required based on State laws or requirements
