Join our dynamic team as a 2nd shift Pharmacy Operations Manager at Walmart’s newest Central Fill Campus in Republic, Missouri opening up later this year. This is a unique opportunity to lead and optimize pharmacy operations, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. This position requires onsite presence and does not offer remote work options. Candidates must be available to work a rotating schedule which will periodically include working Sundays and Saturdays. Requirements

Proven experience in retail, central fill, or mail order pharmacy operations management, with a focus on quality and safety
Strong analytical skills to prepare, review, and analyze business reports
Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities to develop and motivate your team
