The Senior Manager, HR Operations leads the company’s HR Shared Services and operational delivery model, ensuring HR services across the employee lifecycle are accurate, compliant, and scalable. This role blends hands-on operational leadership with strategic ownership, building strong teams, clear standards, and disciplined processes that enable exceptional employee and manager experiences. This leader brings deep operational judgment, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement—questioning what exists, learning quickly, and raising the bar on how work gets done. They develop people, build trust across functions, and use systems and data as enablers to deliver reliable service and insight at scale. Responsibilities include overseeing onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, HR transactions, reporting, and vendor partnerships; setting service standards and performance metrics; partnering with HR, Finance, IT, and Legal; and establishing the foundation for future automation and systems enablement.
