Senior Manager, Business HR Consulting – Product and Engineering Role summary: Help shape the people strategy for two of athenahealth’s largest and most dynamic organizations. This role serves as a strategic HR partner supporting senior leadership and executive leadership across Product and Engineering divisions. The HR Business Partner Senior Manager provides counsel on organizational design, talent planning, leadership effectiveness, and workforce strategy to help leaders deliver business outcomes at scale. This person will report to the HR Business Partner Consultant, Executive Director. Team summary: The HR Business Partner Consulting team serves as strategic HR advisors to key areas of the athenahealth business. The team partners closely with business leaders and HR center of excellence team’s to align people strategies with business priorities, helping organizations plan for growth, strengthen leadership capability, evolve team structures, and support long-term organizational health. Through a combination of business insight, talent expertise, and cross-functional partnership, the team helps leaders navigate change, improve organizational effectiveness, and create consistent, scalable people practices across athenahealth.
