Job Summary: The Senior Manager, Hotel Procurement serves as a strategic and operational leader responsible for overseeing all hotel‑related sourcing, procurement, supplier performance, and replenishment strategies across the Windstar fleet. This role ensures that all food, beverage, consumables, durables, and medical supplies are competitively sourced, cost‑effective, quality‑assured, and reliably delivered across global homeports, outports, and dry docks. As a hands‑on leader, the Senior Manager actively manages procurement categories while guiding a high‑performing team. The role drives cost optimization, supplier partnership development, process standardization, and operational alignment with onboard and shoreside stakeholders to support a world‑class guest experience and efficient ship operations.
