Requirements

  • Experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record in generating MQLs through multiple channels, including email, and paid media.
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing, automation tools (e.g.HubSpot), and segmentation strategies.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and optimize campaign performance.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to generate a consistent flow of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) that meet both volume and quality targets.
  • Monitor and optimize customer demand generation channels and tactics to achieve MQL KPIs, driving both new customer acquisition and expansion efforts.
  • Own the customer email marketing strategy, including segmentation, nurturing, and automation, to drive engagement and move both new leads and existing customers through the funnel.
  • Design and implement lifecycle marketing campaigns that guide leads from awareness to conversion, ensuring a seamless customer journey post-sale and encouraging ongoing expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Success) to align on messaging, nurture content, and optimize campaigns based on their feedback.
  • Use customer data and insights to develop personalized messaging and create relevant touchpoints throughout both the buyer and customer journey, including post-sale engagement for retention and growth.
  • Influence expansion by leading the creation of tailored campaigns designed to engage key accounts, drive customer renewals, and accelerate revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to define target accounts and support ABM strategies.
  • Manage and execute cross-functional projects and campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with overall growth strategies.
  • Develop and execute strategies that nurture both new logos and existing customers to drive sustainable long-term impact and growth.

Benefits

  • Salary range $115,000 - $130,000 per annum. Salaries are benchmarked annually.
