About The Position

What you get to do in this role: Dream, innovate, and make informed recommendations for initiatives that will improve our Global Workforce Innovation & Culture strategy focused on empowering and enabling our people Manage and iterate on enterprise-wide manager learning programs and initiatives – with innovation, personalization, and scalability in mind Lead our global belonging spotlight speaker series and other events Design and execute scalable learning experiences and resources Build and drive initiatives that truly make an impact, collaborating closely with all relevant stakeholders and partners (external and internal) Set and measure program goals, utilizing data for storytelling and improvement Support leadership development strategy and empower our senior leaders Develop regional strategy for expanding and deepening learning across the globe in partnership with business partners Support functional learning across the enterprise through team trainings and programs Experiment with innovative ways to drive behavior change and create opportunities for practice and application Travel up to 5-10%, as needed

Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
  • 4+ years experience in Learning & Development, HR/Talent and/or related disciplines
  • Experience and knowledge in innovative adult learning design and implementation
  • Strong knowledge of innovation & culture, including research, data, and leading practices
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator, with the ability to build strong relationships, manage stakeholder expectations, and influence employees and leaders
  • Experience with program management and keen project management skills
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, navigate ambiguity, and maintain a focus on high-quality execution
  • Driven by impact and creating measurable change
  • Curious self-starter with a strong desire to learn and innovate – you help challenge the status quo and you’re very eager to develop new skills
  • Reflective practitioner with a growth mindset – open to feedback, not afraid to make mistakes
