The Senior Manager, Global Talent Enablement is a strategic builder and strong influencer responsible for leading Clarvida’s enterprise talent enablement strategy across onboarding, leadership development, performance management enablement, compliance training, and continuing education. This role will build scalable learning and performance systems within ambiguity, establishing governance, structure, and measurable outcomes in a growing, multi-state behavioral healthcare organization. This leader will oversee and develop a U.S.-based and Manila-based Learning & Development Center of Excellence (COE), providing clear role clarity, quality standards, service levels, and operational discipline. The role requires a strong business partner mentality, the ability to coach and elevate leaders, and experience building programs from the ground up rather than operating within a narrowly scoped function in a large enterprise.
