F5 is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Operations to join the Global Sales & Operational Excellence (GSOE) organization supporting our global sales teams. This role plays a key part in enabling operational excellence, translating commercial strategy into scalable processes, and driving programs that improve efficiency and effectiveness across the global sales organization. This leader will bring deep sales operations expertise to help define strategic business requirements, align commercial priorities across systems and processes, and scale operational capabilities globally. The role focuses on improving how sales operates through automation, optimized workflows, and strong cross-functional collaboration. You will partner closely with Sales leadership, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Services, Finance, and other key stakeholders to ensure operational alignment and drive adoption of new processes and programs across the global organization.
