About The Position

As part of the Global Product Organization, Global Product Strategy partners with leaders across our product, technology, and business functions to drive our product strategy. We identify and prioritize opportunities for growth and investment with a focus on customer needs and drive projects that accelerate our path to innovation. This role will report to the Senior Director of Global Product Strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Math, or other quantitative discipline
  • 4+ years analytical experience in a top-tier consulting firm (or 2+ years post-MBA)
  • Quantitative modeling in MS Excel; strong MS PowerPoint and Word skills
  • Experience working with surveys and related tools (e.g., Qualtrics)
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in the software, legal, or technology industry preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support key product strategy initiatives for growth opportunities.
  • Conduct customer research (e.g., interviews, surveys) to identify high opportunity problem spaces based on user needs and pain points
  • Deliver competitor and industry research and analysis, identifying must-have and differentiator capabilities
  • Support development of new product concepts and customer testing that help define and validate product opportunities
  • Summarize analysis and recommendations in presentations and papers
  • Proactively manage work across projects, keeping timelines on track
  • Support global product strategy and investment planning and tracking
  • Help drive alignment of product priorities and investments with product groups across regions and portfolios
  • Support strategic initiatives that drive rapid expansion of new products and capabilities across geographic regions
  • Help maintain a global view of key initiatives (e.g., roadmaps)
  • Support annual product strategy cycle deliverables and the delivery of CPO presentations for senior leadership events (e.g., board updates, executive reports)
  • Contribute to the culture and growth of the Global Product Organization by sharing knowledge across functions and participating in team initiatives
