About The Position

The Manager of Global HRIS is a strategic leader responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's Human Resource Information System (HRIS) globally. This role will oversee the design, configuration, and integration of HR systems to support the organization's business objectives, while ensuring compliance with local and global regulations. The Manager will lead a team of HRIS professionals and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive business outcomes through data-driven insights and process improvements. HRIS Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive HRIS strategy aligned with the organization's business objectives and goals in collaboration with our IT business partners. Collaborate with the senior leaders to identify HRIS requirements and prioritize initiatives. Develop and manage the HRIS budget and resource allocation plan. System Design and Implementation: Design and configure HRIS systems to meet business needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes. Lead the implementation of new HRIS systems, including project planning, testing, and deployment. Partner with internal and external configuration partners to ensure business requirements and implementation standards are adhered to. Collaborate with Mergers and Acquisitions team to support a seamless transition for acquired companies into the HRIS system including identified configuration changes and onboarding completion. Ensure compliance with local and global regulations, such as GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant laws. System Maintenance and Support: Oversee the ongoing maintenance and support of HRIS systems, including data quality, security, and performance optimization. Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure system uptime. Develop and maintain documentation, training, and user guides for HRIS systems. Data Analytics and Reporting: Develop and implement data analytics and reporting capabilities to support business decision-making. Collaborate with stakeholders to design and develop reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations. Ensure data quality, integrity, and security. Process Improvement and Change Management: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to HRIS systems and processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement change management plans. Ensure minimal disruption to business operations during system changes or upgrades. Team Leadership and Development: Lead a team of HRIS professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. Develop and implement training programs to ensure team members have the necessary skills to support HRIS systems. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including business leaders, IT, and other HR teams. Communicate HRIS strategy, plans, and progress to stakeholders. Ensure alignment with business objectives and goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in HRIS, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining HRIS systems.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, including Workday, Workday HCM, or similar systems.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think strategically.
  • Familiarity with data governance and data quality principles.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
