About The Position

As the Senior Manager, Global Events at IAS, you will lead the planning, and execution of our in-person and virtual event programs across the Americas as well as select Global events. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing and delivering exceptional experiences that elevate our brand, engage priority accounts, and support regional and global commercial goals. You will manage the Sr. Associate, Events, mentor the Office Operations Manager and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Sales/CSM, and Product. You’ll lead event programs—including customer events, industry sponsorships, and hosted experiences— with consistency, quality, and measurable impact. What you'll do: Global Event Strategy: Execute the Global events strategy across customer segments, including hosted, sponsored, and partner-led programs that support commercial objectives, pipeline acceleration, and brand positioning. Regional Strategic Advisory: Act as a partner to LATAM Commercial and Marketing leadership, advising on event prioritization, design, and execution based on Global events strategy, business goals and audience needs. Event Planning & Execution: Lead end-to-end execution of events, from goal setting and concept development through logistics, vendor management, on-site presence, and post-event wrap-up—ensuring flawless delivery across formats. Brand Consistency & Quality: Ensure all events reflect IAS’s premium positioning, are on brand, and meet the highest standards of quality—while staying within budget and aligned to business priorities. Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner closely with Product Marketing, Content, Comms, and Regional Marketing to shape event themes, messaging, and content that resonate with key audiences. Commercial Collaboration: Work in lockstep with Sales teams to ensure that event goals, target audiences, and follow-up strategies are clearly defined and mutually supported. Global GTM Integration: Collaborate with Global Marketing to integrate event plans into broader campaign calendars, product launches, and global GTM strategies. Performance Measurement: Report on KPIs for each event based on goals such as pipeline sourced & influenced, customer engagement, or brand awareness. Measure outcomes and share performance insights with stakeholders. Data-Driven Optimization: Partner with Marketing Operations to analyze event performance and apply learnings to continuously improve strategy, execution, and ROI. Budget Ownership: Own and manage the Americas/Global events budget, ensuring efficient use of resources, strategic vendor partnerships, and maximum business impact. What success looks like: IAS delivers exceptional events that drive regional pipeline growth, deepen customer relationships, and elevate the brand across EMEA, APAC, and global stages. Global event execution is seamless, with consistent storytelling, branding, and measurable impact across sales regions. Regional Commercial teams view Events as a strategic partner, with strong alignment and collaboration across programs. The events team is high-performing and well-supported, with clear goals, ongoing development, and cross-functional trust. Events are executed on time, on budget, and with measurable ROI, supported by strong vendor partnerships and internal alignment. Post-event insights are used to inform strategy, with regular reporting to stakeholders and leadership. Internal communication is proactive and effective, ensuring clarity on strategy, execution, and event outcomes.
