The Senior Manager, Global Total Rewards (“Senior Manager”) is a highly visible hands-on position responsible for the formulation of strategy around and administration of the Global compensation programs and policies, as well as fully and self-insured employee benefit and retirement plans. This position works closely with the CEO, Divisional Presidents, Practice Leaders, Principals, CHRO, other Corporate (GSS) functions, as well as key internal committees and external vendor relationships. The Senior Manager is responsible for creating positive team member experiences, which lead to excellent client service and drive revenue and profit for the Firm. The ideal candidate will have exceptional project management and problem-solving skills, coupled with strong people skills. The successful candidate will be a quick-learner, able to lead, develop, and mentor a team and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the successful administration and execution of all total rewards initiatives.
