With top-line revenue growth and an increase in the absolute dollar value of expenditures expected for years to come, we are looking to hire a Senior Manager, Global Category Management to assist our new Procure to Pay (P2P) team in building out a global procurement strategy and function that will scale with the growth of the Company. HubSpot has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager, Global Category Management to gain valuable knowledge in the Procurement field and to develop specific skills in a company ranked amongst the fastest growing in the world. This role will partner closely with our key internal stakeholders such as IT, Legal, Compliance, and Security teams as part of the vendor review process. The Senior Manager, Global Category Management will be responsible for tracking assigned contracts from submission to execution, and contract renewals. Additionally, leading a team of Category Managers across all categories, to ensure they are effectively and efficiently shepherding HubSpotters and vendors through the global P2P process. This role is expected to operate as a player-coach, balancing hands-on execution of strategic negotiations and complex vendor relationships with team leadership responsibilities, including coaching Category Managers through escalations, mentoring on best practices, and removing blockers to ensure timely deal completion.
