The Global Brand Studio casting team sources and curates the faces, voices and creators who bring our product to life across PDP, social and campaigns. Small, fast and obsessively tasteful, we own scouting, roster curation and the contracts and logistics that turn a booking into work. We partner with Creative Ops and Studio Ops for production logistics and collaborate with Brand Marketing and Brand Creative to ensure every selection serves the creative concept while honoring our casting ethos, commercial priorities and the marketing brief. The Senior Manager, Global Casting will oversee both Global and North America casting, and is entrusted with critical decision-making responsibilities aimed at showcasing leadership, strategic acumen, and a global perspective, all with the overarching goal of driving conversion and revenue through compelling cast and talent roster. In this role, you'll drive execution of our global casting strategy across studio digital and ecomm, social and campaign work. You will own how our Casting ID is put into practice: briefing scouts and agencies, curating the priority roster, and turning briefs into booked talent. You will build reliable rhythms with Sports Marketing, Creative Ops and Studio Ops to align ambassadors, availability and production logistics. You will hire, coach and hold the casting team to high standards, run the scouting and conversion pipeline, manage external partners and budgets, and measure roster and campaign performance so casting decisions clearly link to creative outcomes and business goals.
