As Senior Manager, Global Marketing Campaigns, you will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of integrated global demand generation campaigns that drive pipeline, revenue, and brand impact. Reporting to the Senior Director, Demand Marketing, you will manage a team of campaign managers and work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and key Go-To-Market (GTM) stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performing B2B programs aligned to global and regional priorities. The ideal candidate is a strategic yet hands-on leader with a proven track record of building and running high-impact, integrated marketing campaigns within a global B2B SaaS organization. Global demand generation campaigns play a critical role in how Conga drives pipeline, accelerates revenue, and builds brand presence across regions. In this role, you’ll directly influence how Conga brings products like CLM and CPQ to market, how global messaging translates into regional execution, and how marketing aligns with sales to deliver measurable revenue impact. Your leadership helps ensure campaigns are scalable, modern, data-driven, and consistently delivered across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing with an end-to-end focus on global campaign management
  • Proven track record leading global campaign strategy and execution
  • Experience in SaaS or technology-driven organizations preferred
  • Strong understanding of demand generation and pipeline acceleration

Responsibilities

  • Global Campaign Strategy & Execution. You’ll own the global demand generation campaign roadmap aligned to Conga’s growth objectives, product priorities (e.g., CLM, CPQ), and regional needs. You’ll lead the full lifecycle of global campaigns—from planning and messaging alignment to execution, optimization, and reporting—in close collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Designing integrated, multi-channel campaigns leveraging owned digital channels, paid media, webinars and events, website experiences, and sales enablement assets
  • Ensuring campaigns scale globally while remaining relevant to regional market needs
  • Team Leadership & Development. You’ll manage and develop a team of global campaign managers, providing coaching, prioritization, and performance feedback. You’ll establish best practices, playbooks, and scalable campaign frameworks to ensure consistency and efficiency across regions, while fostering a culture of accountability, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration. You’ll partner closely with Product Marketing and Corporate Marketing to translate value propositions and product launches into compelling campaign narratives. You’ll collaborate with regional Field Marketing leaders to adapt global campaigns for local execution, and work closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, and other GTM stakeholders to align campaign strategy with pipeline goals, territory priorities, and sales motions—ensuring clear handoffs and measurable revenue impact.
  • Performance Measurement & Optimization. You’ll define success metrics and KPIs for global campaigns aligned to marketing and organizational targets. You’ll analyze performance data to identify insights, optimize campaigns in-flight, and inform future strategy. You’ll communicate results, learnings, and recommendations to marketing and revenue leadership.
  • Operational Excellence. You’ll oversee campaign planning processes, timelines, and resource allocation across regions. You’ll ensure strong alignment between marketing and sales through clear campaign goals, targeting, and handoff processes, while continuously identifying and testing new initiatives and tactics to keep Conga’s global campaigns relevant and modern.
  • Related experience. Strong experience aligning with Sales Development partners to identify high-quality opportunities and support pipeline growth.
