Architect and continuously evolve a future-forward, best-in-class agency ecosystem that is built to deliver strategic impact, business objectives, effectiveness and efficiency. Manage the Agency Global Scope of Work process annually across all global business units. Manage Global Media Rebate program including all governance and application of rules within our agency contracts. Manage agency financials database (agency profit and loss statements from every region, every country globally) to conduct internal benchmarking and scenario planning for negotiations. Participate in industry conferences, networking and associations to ensure continuous benchmarking of best practices. Established and active employee resource groups Bachelors degree in relevant field or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
