Use Your Power for Purpose The Senior Manager, GH&B Global Technology Engineering & Launch, OpEx Leader will be a member of the GH&B GTEL Leadership Team and be responsible for developing and deploying an Integrated Manufacturing Excellence (IMEx) & Continuous Improvement processes that drive performance and value realization for the GH&B GTEL above-site team. The role will also involve coordination with the GH&B Manufacturing OpEx team members as well as Operational Unit Leaders and their designated OpEx leads. What You Will Achieve Manage implementation of Fit for Purpose IMEx principles for GH&B GTEL at the Leadership Team (T4) level and providing coaching on IMEx elements to T4. Establish and facilitate management of GH&B GTEL metrics, KPIs and operational reviews across the Tier structure, working with each LT member or their designee to ensure a cohesive and aligned IMEx ecosystem for GH&B GTEL. Drive Standardization & optimize GH&B GTEL core business processes , ensuring effective integration & collaboration with PGS GTEL in ways of working. Lead GH&B GTEL CI loop. Facilitate strategy development and Goal development with GH&B GTEL leadership. Act as a coach and facilitator for improvement projects, maintaining performance metrics and aligning programs with business strategies. Partner with GH&B GTEL colleagues, leadership, and enablers to ensure CI initiatives are identified and completed in a timely manner, maintaining performance metrics and aligning programs with business strategies. Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements) BA/BS in business, mathematics, engineering, chemistry, or other science-related field. With 6+ years in production, engineering or process development (depending on degree) of experience or MBA/MS with 5+ years of experience At site experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Knowledge of IMEx & Lean Manufacturing principles. Strong project management, change agility and problem-solving capabilities. Strong consultation, project management, and relationship-building skills. Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements) BB, GB lean sigma certification. Experience with PowerBI, SharePoint/Teams integrated digital tools to query Unified Data Hub and generate reports; including generative technologies such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and agentic AI, to support problem solving and enhance productivity. Experience with new product development and manufacturing related aspects of life-cycle management of in-line products. Experience with technical transfer of products/manufacturing process technologies across sterile injectable and solid oral dosage forms. Experience with Pfizer budget processes, including managing project budgets (expense spending and FTEs).
