Position Summary: The Senior Manager, Front Store Emerging Innovation leads the end-to-end identification, evaluation, and pilot validation of emerging technologies that improve front store performance and colleague workflows. This role owns the Innovation Lab and pilot governance model to assess solutions across primary technology themes including but not limited to: inventory and on-shelf availability management, pricing and promo technology, and the colleague mobile device and functionality roadmap. This role develops ROI/value models, defines success KPIs, stands up proofs of concept (POCs) and in-store pilots with vendors and CSC partners, and delivers executive-ready recommendations to prioritize decision making and scale. The Senior Manager also maintains the operational testing lab environment and leads governance for in-store hardware allocations and functionality.
