Position Summary The Manager, Front Store Emerging Innovation leads the execution of Front Store emerging technology tests and pilots. From lab readiness through in-store testing, this role ensures pilots are run with disciplined measurement, tight operational coordination, and clear feedback loops. This role partners closely with their leadership, vendors, and CSC partners to execute test plans, collect and synthesize field feedback, monitor performance outcomes, and maintain day-to-day testing operations in both the Operations Innovation Lab and in-store. The Manager helps ensure pilot activity is consistent, repeatable, and decision-useful by maintaining test documentation, coordinating store execution and support needs, and producing clear pilot updates and post-test readouts.
