We are hiring a Senior Manager in our Telecommunications practice to support our clients in their Credit & Fraud Risk and payments strategy and operations across their B2C and SMB segments. The role is advisory in nature, focused on policy review, senior stakeholder engagement, and development of strategies to support business and risk decisions. The role is hybrid and based in the NYC tri-state area and requires travel to client offices in Connecticut, and occasional visits to other EXL and client locations along the East Coast including New York and Georgia.
