About The Position

As Senior Manager, FP&A, you will play a key role in shaping Huntress financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization. You will help drive the company’s financial planning processes, build scalable models, strengthen reporting, and partner closely with cross-functional leaders to bring clarity, discipline, and insight to a fast-growing business. By developing robust analytical tools, improving financial processes, and supporting the growth of the FP&A team, you will elevate Finance as a trusted business partner throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage key components of the annual budgeting process, quarterly re-forecasts, and long-range planning efforts
  • Own the corporate financial model, maintaining high-fidelity forecasts for P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
  • Analyze complex datasets to develop insights and actionable recommendations for the Executive Team
  • Develop detailed financial models to support planning, corporate initiatives, and long-term forecasting
  • Build dashboards, reporting templates, and planning models that improve visibility into performance and future projections
  • Contribute to materials for the Executive Team and Board, including financial updates, performance insights, and strategic analyses
  • Drive deep analysis into key SaaS metrics, including ARR Waterfall, NRR/GRR, CAC Payback, LTV, and gross margins
  • Act as the dedicated finance partner to Executives and their operational leaders across departments (Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Security)
  • Partner with Engineering and DevOps to track and forecast COGS, specifically focusing on cloud hosting costs (AWS/Azure) to maintain healthy Gross Margins
  • Partner with Marketing leadership to develop marketing funnel conversion performance analysis, Campaign performance, and ROI analysis
  • Conduct monthly budget vs. actual reviews, helping leaders understand their variances and manage their budgets
  • Mentor team members and promote insight insight-driven culture
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and development for junior team members
  • Contribute to building a collaborative, high-performing FP&A team environment as the function grows
  • Encourage an accountability and ownership mindset, curiosity, proactive analysis, and continuous improvement within the FP&A team
  • Bring forward ideas on improving processes, reporting, and analytical rigor
