About The Position

The Financial Planning and Analysis Manger will report into VP International Finance, responsible for owning the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Monthly Business Reviews (MBR), and Quarterly Business Review processes for our international division. Requirements

  • Strong financial competence in forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, and enterprise systems such as ERP (e.g., Oracle, NetSuite) and Hyperion (or equivalent financial consolidation tools).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional collaborators.
  • Strategic problem solver with attention to detail and a proactive, solution-focused approach.
  • Proven capacity to excel in a matrix structured worldwide setting
  • 7–10+ years of progressive experience in Finance or Business Analysis roles.
  • Experience working in a large, global organization with complex business structures.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or Accounting or equivalent experience required.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree (MBA or CPA) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes; delivering crucial insights to inform strategic decision-making within a matrixed structure
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on important financial metrics, including revenue, gross margin, operating expenses (OPEX), capital and prepublication expenditures, and benchmarks
  • Drive comprehensive data analysis and modeling to support strategic and operational decisions
  • Identify, communicate, and own the management of risks and opportunities across the business
  • Evaluate financial and business performance against established metrics, identifying key drivers, trends, and opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency
