Senior Manager, Financial Reporting - Center of Excellence
About The Position
This role at our Store Support Center in Irving, TX, will lead our Center of Excellence team as we move from the CFO Reporter to EPM, SiteHub to EDM and Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion. This will include providing guidance, problem solving, closing gaps between the new and old systems, and ensuring we have an appropriate EDM, EPM and eventually Fusion to move the company forward into a more scalable tool to enable future growth. This role will cover not only the financial reporting of EPM and EDM but also master data, journal entries and the new OBIEE reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Relevant Work Experience - 10+ years
- Expert knowledge of Oracle EPM and EDM
- Expert project management skills and communication skills
- Strong facilitation skills and coordinations skills
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Have an understanding of Generally Acceptable Accounting Principles (GAAP) and accounting knowledge
Responsibilities
- Lead the Oracle EPM/EDM Center of Excellence
- Lead and guide the project team on the order of operations to move from CFO Reporting Tool to EPM
- Lead and guide the project team on the order of operations for move from SiteHub to EDM
- Lead and guide the project team to ensure the OBIEE reports are moved into EPM
- Understand and facilitate the movement of our 25 Closeout Step Schedule from excel to EPM
- Understand and provide guidance on master data needs for EDM and ensure the foundation is set for the move from EBS to Fusion.
- Currently this role is an Indvidual contributor position ( No direct reports)
