About The Position

Segra is searching for a qualified and experienced Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to join us in a full-time capacity. Location Requirement: This work arrangement for this role is a hybrid position, requiring three (3) days in the office, with flexibility to work remotely two (2) days each week. Exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis. Role Overview: This role will oversee the budgeting, forecasting and planning function with a focus on Revenue, Cost of Revenue or Expenses, and interact throughout the business, including all levels of management. This position oversees high level analysis at the corporate level and contributes in the areas of business planning, analysis, forecasting, reporting, M&A, and ad-hoc FP&A projects as required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business, required
CPA, CFA or MBA, required
A minimum of 7 years of experience in financial analysis/financial management
Supervisory experience
Strong organization and communication skills
Strong ability to build relationships; ability to communicate effectively and establish partnerships throughout the business
Team and customer service oriented
Exhibit flexibility and willingness to take on new responsibilities and assignments as they are identified
Requires excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Advanced financial modeling and data analysis presentation experience
Attention to detail and pride in quality of work product
