Requirements

  • Extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling to support strategic business decisions.
  • Proven ability to manage complex control structures and mitigate financial risks effectively.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring, developing, and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication skills to present financial results and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Demonstrated capability to drive execution of business plans, measure performance, and implement continuous improvements.
  • Commitment to upholding ethics, integrity, and compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area.
  • 1 year’s experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.
  • 1 year’s supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare financial analyses and models to support planning and recommend future expense targets.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to monitor business performance and enhance financial reporting transparency.
  • Manage control structures to mitigate risks of financial misstatements and ensure proper controls in financial processes.
  • Develop and present complex financial models and business cases to senior management, communicating forecasts and variances.
  • Lead execution of business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to achieve performance goals.
  • Supervise and develop associates through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Promote compliance with company policies, ethics, and integrity standards across teams.
