The foundation is in place to build a network of 400+ locations across the US, Canada, and Australia over the next 5 years. Position Overview: The Senior Manager, Field Team Enablement drives the performance and readiness of our field teams by designing and executing enablement strategies that accelerate onboarding, enhance operational excellence, and foster continuous development. The Senior Manager identifies opportunities for improvement across all key performance indicators, positively influencing start rate, clinical outcomes, and other performance metrics. This role partners closely with Operations and People & Culture to ensure field teams have the tools, skills, and resources to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Adult Learning, Organizational Development or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 5 years of professional HR, training & development, employee experience, engagement, organization development, operations, or related experience.
  • Experience leading enablement or training programs for distributed or customer-facing teams.
  • Ability to work from our headquarters in Austin, TX, at least 4 days per week, excluding approved time off and business travel
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen
  • Foundational knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, and organization development principles
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and influencing skills
  • Proficient in learning technologies, LMS platforms, and emerging trends in digital learning
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and report on learning impact
  • Proven track record of developing enterprise-wide learning strategies that drive measurable results

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Adult Learning Certification through the Association of Talent Development (or ability to receive within 1 year of hire)
  • Experience with global or multi-location learning programs a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements a global field team enablement strategy aligned to organizational objectives and talent development priorities
  • Oversees the creation, curation, and implementation of development programs from our new hire experience through ongoing programming for tenured team members. Continuously evolves programming to improve on business impact
  • Establishes metrics to assess program effectiveness, adoption, and business impact, providing monthly insights to key leaders
  • Develops content for delivery through Learning Management System driving a culture of continuous learning through digital, on-demand solutions. Ensures learning content is engaging, inclusive, and accessible across modalities (classroom, virtual, on-demand), leveraging modern technologies and methodologies
  • Leads the design and execution of high-potential and succession planning programs for field team members, including training for Studio Operations Leads, Studio Managers, and Regional Managers. Leads training program for all new Regional Managers
  • Owns the Field Team Enablement delivery of programming that impact Start Rate, Revenue, EBITDA, Health Score. Ensures all Enablement programming is designed to positively and consistently impact each target area
  • Owns and updates technology solutions (LMS, mobile tools, knowledge platforms) used for field team development. Leverages technology and digital tools to deliver scalable, accessible learning solutions.
  • Designs review and feedback process for all learning programs. Uses data insights to continuously improve learning solutions and ensure alignment with evolving business needs
  • Establishes KPIs such as time-to-productivity, program adoption, and impact on operational performance; regularly reports insights to leadership.
  • Oversees field trainers ensuring consistent delivery of programming; accelerates ramp time for new hires following training minimizing the amount of time required to be fully impactful in role
  • Mentors and develops Field Enablement team
  • Partners with external training vendors, consultants, and technology providers to deliver program success
  • Champions a culture of continuous learning, career growth, and knowledge sharing amongst the field team
  • Leads rollout of field-facing change management initiatives, in collaboration with Director, Operations
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to align enablement programs with operational priorities and customer experience goals.
