As Canva continues to scale, Enablement is becoming an increasingly critical engine powering the success of our GTM teams. Regional Field Enablement Managers serve as strategic partners who activate core programs within their assigned regions. You will be the Sr. Field Enablement Manager for an assigned regional Sales organization, acting as the connective tissue between global Enablement strategy and frontline execution. You’ll drive alignment with regional Sales and Sales Manager priorities, build a predictable enablement rhythm and ensure regional teams are equipped, confident, and ready to win. This role is ideal for a seasoned enablement professional who is equal parts strategic partner, coach, program manager, facilitator, and regional advocate who can influence decisions, balance competing priorities and maintain alignment to broader strategies while supporting regional needs.
